GRADUATE TRAINEE - VISA, SCHOOL SERVICE AND VACATION

Job Summary:

As a Graduate Trainee in TAT Agency Limited, you will participate in a structured training and development program designed to build a strong foundation in the travel and tourism industry. You will receive hands-on training and practical exposure in one of the company's core business units: Visa Services, School Services or Vacation Services.

This role is ideal for recent graduates seeking practical experience, professional development and a clear career path in a dynamic and fast-growing organization. During the training period, Graduate Trainees, will learn the processes, systems and customer service standards required to deliver exceptional travel solutions and will be assigned to one of the following departments:

1. Visa Department:

• Assist clients with visa application processes and documentation.
• Guide applicants on visa requirements and travel regulations.
• Track applications and provide timely updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with immigration guidelines.

2. School Service Department:

• Support students seeking admission into international institutions.
• Assist with application processing, document preparation and follow-up.
• Provide guidance on study destinations, admission requirements and related services.
• Coordinate communication between students and partner institutions.

3. Vacation Department:

• Assist in planning and organizing vacation packages.
• Research destinations, accommodations and travel experiences.
• Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
• Support clients throughout their travel planning journey.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or HND from a recognized institution.
• NYSC completed or exempted.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in the use of computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for customer service and the travel industry.
