CLIENT RELATIONS OFFICER

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relations Officer to join our team. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will serve as the bridge between clients and our fulfilment team, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information on travel packages, visa services, flight bookings, and other offerings.
  • Serve as an intermediary between clients and the fulfilment team.
  • Constantly update client on their applications and service requests.
  • Transform leads into successful sales by building strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end handling of client requests, including follow-ups and updates.
  • Resolve issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with customer service, visa, flight and other fulfilment teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
  •  Keep up to date with travel trends, airline policies, and destination requirements.
  •  Maintain accurate client records and document all communications and transactions.
  •  Collect feedback from clients to improve service delivery and client experience.
  • Promote new packages, offers, and seasonal campaigns to existing and potential clients.
  •  Track client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Upsell or cross-sell services where appropriate to meet client needs.
  • Prepare reports on client interactions and satisfaction trends.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism or any related field.

Requirements:

  •  Proven customer service experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry.
  •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  •  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  •  Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  •  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Salary: N150,000
