Within the few months I have spent in TAT, I have observed a few things that I really like. First and foremost, TAT is basically made up of young and vibrant young people with great minds whose ideas have add a lot my growth in the few months and I’m really grateful for that . TAT has also created that environment where everybody feels valued and respected. The openness when it comes to communication and collaboration is really good. Everybody knows exactly what to do at every point and that has really made everybody eager to contribute . Culture - The culture is a very remarkable one. I felt valued, supported by my colleagues
and the management as well, the management prioritizes inclusivity and ensures everyone's
voice is heard. Personal support is given to staff by the management when required and at
