CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support in booking travel arrangements and addressing inquiries and concerns.

 

Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients regarding travel inquiries, flight bookings and general inquiries.

* Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding travel destinations, flights, accommodations, and travel policies.

* Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently.

* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and industry trends.

* Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.

* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional customer service.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or related field.

Requirements:

* Proven customer service experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
